Human Nature as the exaggeration of God's sovereignty

James Houston (I Believe in the Creator) describes "Dionysian Man" as Man the dancer, Homo ludens, who responds to the immediate givenness of life. For such a person, feeling and sensation are central. Values are discovered in wonder and acceptance; authenticity is passion and spontaneity. God is defined pantheistically, the power of being all, in flux, and in the depths of experience. Life is authenticated by the unconscious. Compare this description with that of "Apollonian Man" in the other exaggeration of sovereignty on the dialogic between Sovereignty and Creation.
